Made with our signature blend of Romney lambswool and Bluefaced Leicester, making it incredibly soft, durable with incredible stitch definition. It carries a gorgeous lustre and drapes beautifully.
Inspired by the Kingfisher, a magical, mystical, rare Irish bird who lives by rivers and is comfortable in all the elements, flying in the air, diving in water, burrowing into the earth to nest and displaying fiery and sapphire colours.
We love that the male and the female display equally beautiful colouring and they form monogamous breeding pairs.
There is a story of the Kingfisher and how it was the first animal to fly out of Noah's Ark, where it flew into the sunset and received its blues and fiery orange from the sun on its chest and the sky on its back. We feel this Kingfisher flew into the Sunset pastels of our last Ériu palette with a vibrant message.
